What we collect
When you call our line or submit our form, we collect the information needed to handle your request: your name, phone number, town, a description of your septic issue, and basic technical details about your visit (the page you submitted from, referrer, and campaign parameters). Calls may be recorded; recordings and call metadata (time, duration, caller number) are stored in our lead log.
How we use it
One purpose: connecting you with an independent, licensed local septic contractor and following up on that request. We share your name, phone number, town, and issue description with the contractor handling your request. We use call and form records internally to track service quality and hold contractors accountable for following up.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with data brokers or advertisers. We do not send marketing texts unrelated to your service request. Your information goes to one contractor per request, not to a list of bidders.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we send automated texts about your service request. Message frequency: up to 5 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help. Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Storage and retention
Lead records are stored with our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Twilio) in the United States. We retain records as long as needed for service quality and legal purposes. To request deletion of your information, email us.
