Who we are

West Volusia Septic ("we," "us") is a local referral service. We connect homeowners and property owners in west Volusia County, Florida with independent, licensed and insured Florida Registered Septic Tank Contractors. We are not a septic contractor, we do not perform septic work, and we do not hold a septic contracting license. All work is performed by the independent contractor you are connected with, under their license, their insurance, and their pricing.

Using our service

When you call our phone line or submit our website form, you ask us to pass your contact information and request details to a licensed local septic contractor so they can contact you. We choose which contractor receives your request. Any estimate, quote, scheduling, warranty, or workmanship matter is between you and that contractor. We make no guarantee of any particular price, timeline, or outcome.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you check the consent box on our form or contact our phone line, we may send you automated text messages about your service request, such as confirmations, status updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency: up to 5 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time; after STOP you will receive one final confirmation message. Consent to receive texts is not required to use our service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls and recording

Calls to our line are forwarded to a licensed local contractor or to our team and may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes. Notice of recording is provided on the call.

Liability

Our service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, or conduct of any independent contractor we refer, nor for any damages arising from septic system conditions or repairs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law that cannot be limited by contract.
